Also on the main level, you’ll find a ¾ bathroom and a queen bedroom that features its own private deck with direct access to the backyard—an ideal spot for lighting up the firepit and roasting marshmallows under the stars.
Head downstairs to the lower level where the private primary suite includes a queen bed and ¾ ensuite bathroom. Down the hall are two more thoughtfully appointed bedrooms—one with a twin-over-full bunk bed, and another with a twin trundle bed, great for kids or additional guests. You'll also find a full bathroom with a soaking tub, as well as a laundry area with a washer and dryer for added convenience.

An attached garage provides easy access for all your mountain gear, and for winter visitors, direct snowmobile trail access is available right from the neighborhood—no need to trailer in!

“Columbine Lake is a private, covenant-controlled community. Renters are NOT ALLOWED to use the clubhouse, gazebo, horse pasture, OHVs or Columbine Lake.” Plan on using one of the other three lakes (Grand, Granby and Shadow Mountain) for all your lake activities.”. Keep in mind when booking, that this property is located in a quiet neighborhood with owner residents.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
