"Good hotel in a beautiful location next to Maho Beach, but I had an unpleasant experience on my last day. I was unexpectedly asked to move to another room because someone else was supposed to stay in mine — apparently, other guests were more important than me. I also requested a late checkout, which was confirmed until 11:30 AM. However, when the time came, no one seemed to know about it. I got a call asking why I hadn’t checked out yet, and a grumpy housekeeper showed up, saying she knew nothing about the late checkout. Not a nice way to be treated."

"Although very friendly young lady in restaurant and beach personnel, the rest of the staff seems uninterested. If you are looking for a chiq/classy get away this is not the place (actually hard to find on sxm). Very loud music by neighbors. Has potential but unfortunately not in the right place or run with passion."
