Granby Ranch, Direct Ski-in Ski-out, Private Hot Tub, Mountain Views

Located directly on the Kicking Horse ski lift. No need to drive anywhere once you arrive, access Granby Ranch’s restaurants and resort activities from the ski lift right outside your door. Watch friends and family ski and snowboard from the kitchen window, hot tub or back deck.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 decks, heated ski storage, 1-car garage and a hot tub next to the ski hill. The top-floor has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and a loft area with twin bed and office desk. Both top-floor bedrooms have spectacular views, one with king bed and the other with a queen.

The main-floor is the primary gathering place with large kitchen, dining room/living room (separated by 2-sided fireplace), back deck, full bathroom, TV, and stereo surround sound. The main-floor bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed, and TV.

A large family room with flat-screen TV, 4th bedroom with queen Bed, 5th bedroom with 2 twin beds, and full bathroom is located in the walk-out lower level. The ski lift and hot tub is just outside the glass door.

Girls Week

Great place! We had an issue with the hot tub, contacted the owner and they had someone there the next day and it was up and running. House could easily accommodate 15 with the beds and couches, plenty of space to move around. Could have used a bigger variety of pots and pans but we managed with having to cook in portions as there was 10 of us. Not sure if the neighbors behind the house live there or not but the people behind us had BIG dog that liked to bark ALL the time especially early in the morning, other then that we had a wonderful time.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at this home in Granby. The ski-in ski-out was fabulous, just feet from the run down to the lift. We so appreciate being able to bring our dog along, and we enjoyed the after-hours time with him on the slope just behind the house. Used the hot tub one evening--super clean and hot! Tons of bedroom space for everyone to spread out, worked perfectly for our family (3 adult couples)! My mom wanted me to be sure to mention she really appreciated the variety of appliances/tools in the kitchen.

Amazing location. Perfect for the entire family.

You couldnt hand pick a better location. The house was perfect for the 11 people in my family. Plenty of room to enjoy time together in common areas. Being able to jump on lift right from your back door was perfect. And probably the biggest plus....the hot showers, we loved how hot the showers were with all of us trying to get ready. We will definitely tell our friends. Thank you for also accommodating my travel changes.

There was plenty of space and the location was good: close to Rocky Mountain National Park. The neighborhood wasn't very crowded during our late July stay, which was nice. There were plenty of local trails for hiking and running. The grocery store 5m away was really convenient.

Comfortable, Clean and cozy

We enjoyed our stay so much. There were 8 of us. Plenty of space. The teens hung out in the basement while us adults gathered on the main floor. Loved the large dining table. The place was so well stocked. Much appreciated as we’ve stayed at other rentals that barely had a thing. The drive in and out of the neighborhood was beautiful. Most of the places we visited were about 25-30 min drive away. Not bad considering the more remote location. All in all, highly recommend! Oh, and the hot tub was great! Thank you!

My son went fishing at the lake and caught a record break trout 22nd and 36". Fireworks, parade, horseback riding all fun. Loved the well equipped kitchen!!!! I'm very senior and would have liked a railing on front steps. Our son left clothes in dryer please donate to a charity. We will return again! Special place for family!!

Great place but the maids need to dust, and the bbq needs cleaning. Outdoor furniture is not comfortable so a few outdoor pillows would help. On the other hand, it was very comfortable inside and the views were beautiful in the evening.

Wonderful Stay

The property was very spacious. The 3 levels worked out very well with 4 different families. The house was large and clean. Had a nice front porch, the back porch was a little small. The house was well stocked and in a good location. The hot tub was an added bonus. Nice laundry room and 2 sided fireplace. Parking is good for a couple of vehicles but could be challenging for several vehicles. There is not much of a yard for activities and other houses very pretty close. This location would be great for skiers. Overall we had a great time at the property it was a much needed relaxing time. The City Market, liquor store, McDonalds and Subway were a short drive away approx. 2 miles. Close to neighboring towns about a 15 minute drive to Grand Lake and Winter Park. Thank you Paul for allowing us to stay in your home.
