'My family and I were very impressed with the house and the area of the property. Enjoyed the reading material.The area was quiet and peaceful.My suggestions : 1) Add a coffee maker,2) maybe 2 televisions ( master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms)3) blinds in the living room an issue.'

'Clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood, responsive hosts. What more could you ask for?This was the perfect house to host our annual leadership retreat. Each of our small team had his own bed and bathroom, which was nice at the end of the day, but we also had our choice of neat places inside and outside the house for group workshops.We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this location if you need group accommodations. '

'This was easily one of the best places we’ve stayed while visiting family in Chapel Hill. The location is perfect—walking distance to Wegmans, which was a huge plus for us. The space itself is fabulously decorated, full of charm and comfort. But the best part? Our grandkids absolutely loved it. They've already asked if we can stay here again on our next visit—which, honestly, says it all.'

'I was surprised to see the house split with a neighbor but the stay was perfect, nice and quiet with a random car or two from the nearby road. Ive lived in the city and this was no problem, but light sleepers beware.The king size mattress has a bit of a sinking issue in the middle but it was only a mild inconvenience. Overall, we would gladly return.'
