'The floor of the room, was not properly cleaned. There were cockroaches laying on the floor. Cleaning in between was not done properly, hairs in bathroom were not removed. The swimming pool was closed for the season while the temperature outside was far over 90 degrees.'

'Pull out sofa was broken. Rollaway bed was super uncomfortable. Towels had seen better days. One small, slow elevator. Staff- super sweet. If you are desperate, stay there. If not, look elsewhere.'

'Uncomfortable room. There was only one chair in the room. The curtains were torn. Towels were very thin. Bottles of shampoo and condition were only ok. Breakfast buffet was maybe a 2. They served extremely greasy sausage for the 2 days we were there. They had the cheapest muffins they could buy. The carpet looked like it could use a good cleaning.'

'Ok so I just got home from my trip to Graham. It was my boyfriend and I and here is my list of the pros and cons of this place.Cons:There was only a bigger fridge than most hotels and a microwave but no coffee maker or iron. Upon entering,we were over taken by the smell of rank cigarette smell. The floors were wet so we assumed they had just mopped. Turning on the ac, they started to dry. 20 mins later, the floors were wet again. We wiped it with a towel and the white towel became black. Very...

'There were LOTS of birds at the entrance carport. Had to pray you didn’t get pooped on when entering and exiting. The room had a smell-not a clean smell. Went to Walmart and bought a candle to burn and it helped.'

'Me and my son stayed overnight on 6/13/26 for a baseball tournament. It was a great room at a fantastic price. I couldn’t get my tv to work, and two employees came right away to fix it. One of them made it back to my room from the office to help before I did! It has recently been remodeled and had everything we needed for a short overnight stay. Almost everything in the room was brand new! All of the staff was very kind and helpful. Don’t skip over this hotel if you’re looking in Graham.'
