« Probably this hÎtel has seen better days but it is actually well maintained, besides some scratches in the carpets and broken screws. The façade is currently being renovated.
It is very well located in Swansea and easy to find
It was quite empty so rather calm when we were here.
The plus is definetly the extra super friendly and helpful staff. At the front desk and for the breakfast we had a wonderful experience, the people where super friendly and helpful.

« The hotel was nice, but the checkin was quite a pain. I booked via expedia.fr and within a few hours they send le an email since they didnt ubderstood sole french. So i specifically told them i booked a "2 single beds" room.
When i arrived with my colleague, they gave us a "1 double bed" room. We went back to the lobby and happily changed the room. Again, it was a "1 double bed" room... So we wemt back and they didnt found another room. So they suggested that one of us sleep on the sofa. I m not...
