« First I was surprised there was no wifi. But my daughter had wifi from her work that she brought so that worked. Couldn’t find a trash can in the kitchen. Text and called but no response. Then it was so dark in there. Not even a lightbulb in the nightstand lights. Even the bedrooms were dark. Plus there was a light over the bathroom sink. Could find a switch to make it come on. Cushions outside very worn and tattered. Other than that it was great. Nothing we couldn’t work around. Great location. »

« We loved this cute, cozy, comfy cabin. Just the right size for a couple - not too big, but not too small either. Very quiet location, wi-fi worked great, comfy bed, water temperature/pressure for the shower was perfect. The entire cabin was very clean. Loved the Americana decor and the small basket of snacks added a nice touch. Looking forward to staying again sometime. »

« Great, quaint cabin, that is well maintained and tastefully appointed. Setting on the covered porch looking out over the trees and pasture made me feel like I was 1000 miles from anywhere. The hobby farm next door was really cool. There were all kinds of animals on the property, many roaming free. I even saw a skulk of foxes as I pulled into the property. A quick 8 minute drive and you were in Carbondale. Very cool. »

« The cabin was great. It was clean, comfortable, and worked great for our needs. The drop down ladder/stairs to the loft were not an issue for our group. The kitchen had just what we needed to make breakfast and dinner. We basically only slept there because we explored all day. We did bbq and have a fire at night. »

« Gerald was top notch!! He went above and beyond! Everything was as listed. We all had a lot of fun in the sun! Mother Nature decided to knock out the power our last night there and Gerald did everything he could to make us comfortable. He brought us a generator, flashlights, batteries, fans!! We would definitely stay there again!! Thank you for your hospitality! »
