Set on two levels with garden and private parking space. On the ground floor, entrance hall, large living room with tv, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Upstairs the three bedrooms (2 double beds with tv and a bedroom with two single beds), bathroom with shower. In the garden you can relax and dine safely under the arbor, you can use the BBQ and outside shower if needed with hot water. The third beach, the closest one to the structure (about 250 mt), is sandy, well-equipped and ideal for children. The village has a beautiful promenade with typical shops and crafts. Only 15 km you can reach the pretty town of Olbia, 10 km you can visit Porto Rotondo and 30 km Porto Cervo and the beautiful Costa Smeralda with its finest coves and sandy beaches. The price includes water, light, gas and final cleaning. Bathroom linen is not included, on request beds.
