'Clean large room , very friendly personnel , breakfast OK'

'I have stayed here multiple times but this recent stay in October was very unpleasant because this hotel heavily restricts the AC. There was a mini heat wave last week, and my room temperature was 80F for most of my stay. They did provide a fan, but it barely made any difference. Even when the AC did come on from 11am to 3pm, the room temperature dropped only 4F after several hours. I was forced to move to another hotel, but they did refund me so that was good.'

'部屋にランドリー・キッチンも付帯しているため、長期滞在は適している'

'Clean, efficient, and the staff was outstanding!'

'Good breakfast'

'Good guest service, clean cozy room, entrance and reception area need improvement somehow'

'The location was great with plenty of restaurants nearby, and it was easy to catch a taxi. The room was clean, and since I stayed for a few days and tried two different room types, I got to experience both, which were both wonderful. 'Such a wonderful stay! The staff were great, the room was nice and clean and the added extra amenities in the lobber were a pleasant surprise. The location cannot be beat, right in the heart of the downtown area with plenty of places to walk to. We stayed in the Singature 1 suite and the sauna was so nice to have in the room along with the extra space and private bath on the patio. I'll definitely stay here again. The only thing that would be nice to have would be some storage in the room for...
