'The Rolling Hills symbolizes luxury from the past, but fails to adapt to modern times. The hotel staff obeys to strict protocol of impeccable service, but to an extend that makes it very impersonal. The rooms are spacious, but lack simple things like phone chargers or even power sockets near the bed. The light switches are on the wall, which doesn't help either. The dining places in the hotel are pricey but decent, but close already round 9pm which is a bit early after a longer day of work. Same...

'２泊で利用しましたが受付の女性は日本語が出来ますし持参したコンセントが合わなかったためお借りしました。親身にして頂きました。清掃の方も感じの良い方で清掃不要でタオル交換のみお願いしたのですが綺麗に掃除されていました。部屋も綺麗で駅からもわかりやすくまた利用したいと思うホテルでした。'
