'I selected this hotel based on three criteria: Safe, pet friendly, and breakfast included. I paid for the room through Expedia as was required. When I got to the property at 10:30pm, the young man at the desk was very nice, but let me know that I needed to pay. I was really tired, so I thought, "Maybe Expedia didn't charge?" 'It was a nice hotel! the rooms can use an update, but they are fine. The breakfast was simple but nice. There is a coffee-machine in your room with a daily delivery of new coffee bags (1 reg., 1 caff free). Also the cups etc come new in daily. Everyone is kind, and willing to help you. Good value for money!'

'There is trash going up the stairs to the second landing. Railing on second floor stairs was broke. The whole place was horrid and disgusting. I have video proof for the ones. Would like to see it.'

'My stay was for 10 days. King Size Suite. The front desk staff was excellent. Upon my arrival to the room, I wiped everything down with Lysol just for my benefit. The furniture was old, drawers not closing properly. The linen had small holes in one of the sheets, however, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner kept the room cool like I wanted it. Each time the cleaning staff serviced my room, they only did one thing each time. Change the towels only, when the trash was also...
