'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, which we called a mini family reunion. One of the main reasons we selected this house was because of the (4) bedrooms. It was important for every couple to have their own space. The pool and bbq setting were especially nice considering all family members enjoyed the pool. 'Great property and everything as advertised! Initial musty smell went away after we had the windows open. Definitely made use of the beach chairs and umbrella at the beach. The kids loved making fresh lemonade every day with lemons from the lemon tree just out back!'

'Very cozy and comfortable...it's on the small side, so was great for this trip, since I was traveling solo. Neighborhood is convenient to the freeway, but still nice and quiet. It doesn't have windows, other than in the door, so it doesn't have views or lots of sunlight, but is a great place as a basecamp in S.B.'

'Wow! We just had an incredible stay at the BOHO House in Hope Ranch. Meghan was an attentive, super host! Our home away from home was chic with impeccable design and comfort. I never sleep well when I am away from my bed. But the BOHO house had the most comfortable King size bed. I slept great every night! Total game changer! 'This is a very nice two bedroom property. Its safe, clean and comfortable. There is a lovely view of the ocean from the kitchen, dining & living room. Highway 101 is about 3 blocks away, so there is some noise when the windows are open, but its cool on the coast at night and the bedrooms are at the back of the property so we had no trouble sleeping. The kitchen is well stocked there were lots of pots and pans, a coffee maker, toaster, blender and a slow cooker. The beds were comfortable and...

'My husband and I stayed in this cute house for 3 nights and we absolutely loved it. The house had everything we needed and was in an amazing location. We loved how close it was to the park and the beach. It was also in a lovely neighborhood and we were able to walk to a lot of great restaurants. We would highly recommend and would love to return. 'Our family came together for my daughter's wedding in Carpenteria. I was looking for a place with space - and this turned out to be a great option. My 88 year old father loves a good sundeck - and this was perfect. He sat outside and enjoyed the ocean view every day. The 3 bedrooms were great - even has 2 king beds! The house is older, so the floors are a little uneven, and it shows some wear, but this does not detract from the stay. The kitchen is modern and the dining table was large enough...

'This location was perfect and the place was exactly as described. I knew it was small, but that was okay. It felt really good, safe, quiet, just as expected and I loved the vibe, games, puzzles, etc. I appreciate that the owners were right there if we needed something. 'We greatly enjoyed our stay at this Santa Barbara house with the grassy backyard and patio, perfect for outdoor dining. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, just a short drive from Hendry's Beach and the yummy Boathouse restaurant in one direction and downtown, wharf, and zoo in the other. The house was comfortable with great decor, well stocked with dishes/cookware in good condition and very clean but could have used minor repairs to the kitchen faucet (clogged head and neck wouldn't swivel)...

"Helaas hebben we een minder verblijf gehad in het hotel. De muren van de kamers zijn dun en de gast die naast ons verbleef vond het nodig om vanaf 5 uur 's morgens de televisie keihard aan te zetten .Met als gevolg dst wij (2 volwassenen en 1 kind) wakker waren. Kloppen op de muur of drur heeft tot niets geleid. Uiteindelijk de receptie gebeld en de situatie uitgelegd. De jongen van de receptie vond het vervelend en beloofde ons het op te pakken. Helaas gebeurde er niets. Er is dus niets mis met het hotel an sich, maar wel met de service van het personeel. "
