'Clean Room'

'Staff was great and grounds were so nice. Constant attention was present for all of the beautiful grounds. Staff was very courteous and friendly at hotel and restaurants. Food choices were great and abundant…..very reasonable pricing as well. We would recommend a stay here to our people, if ever in the area. Golf course was very nice, as well. '

'We usually love staying at this place, but this time it was not as good as the last beds are comfortable it’s clean, but there was a barking dog for an hour at three in the morning! '

'This is a beautiful resort in a quiet part of Tucson. For me the best feature was the hiking trail just opposite the property. Staff were courteous, friendly and professional. The food was excellent as well. '

We felt that the room was not that clean (cleaned Some spilled water off the Floor with a tissue, it came off black). Spotted a mosquito corpse on wall. Staff could have been friendlier. Bed was alright, pillows mediocre. Expect Highway noise all night.'

'The room was a disaster. Every night at 4:30 am there was noise above us like someone was dropping something heavy on the floor. We called the front desk, they checked and couldn’t figure out what the noise was or where it was coming from. But the crème de le crème was the a/c unit. It would turn on sporadically and every time it did it sounded like an airplane taking off. So loud!!! Worst room ever!'

'Homeless people outside and you would't want to walk to nearby restaurants as I was advised when I called after a long work day and they said they were within 5 minutes walking distance...homeless people and not a very good area. I drove around forever to find a restaurant and parking is horrible.'
