'This is a beautiful resort in a quiet part of Tucson. For me the best feature was the hiking trail just opposite the property. Staff were courteous, friendly and professional. The food was excellent as well. '

'The overall experience in this hotel could have been better. The design and ambiance are charming, but there are too many points of attention. We felt that the room was not that clean (cleaned Some spilled water off the Floor with a tissue, it came off black). Spotted a mosquito corpse on wall. Staff could have been friendlier. Bed was alright, pillows mediocre. Expect Highway noise all night.'

'We stayed here for a staycation to celebrate my daughter's 13th birthday! We had a blast!! Free arcade room! A playground! Cool sitting areas with TVs! The rooms are super clean and smells soooo good! The staff was super nice, friendly, and very helpful! The pool was heated!!! Cornhole and a giant connect 4 game outside by the pool area! We had a great time!! Can't wait to book another staycation!!!'

'Our stay overall was very nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, I started noticing, hours after check out, that I had been bitten by bedbugs in almost all my body (I slept in the sofa bed), so maybe this is something that should be looked into. (We were staying at room 113).'

'The door was unable to lock they did not let us get another roll of toilet paper because we were supposed to check out that day . They never once came to check if we needed services to clean our room. The shower head was not on it was set to the side the shower curtain wax hanging off a paper clip the amount for the room is not worth what u get '

'It’s very clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows for me was like sleeping in the clouds! The breakfast was tasty. Parking lot was close to the door and it was good overall. I would stay again for sure.'
