Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. 'The views from level 40 were sensational! The room was beautiful with an amazing spa bath! In room facilities were awesome and very handy (in room laundry, full size fridge and dishwasher) A new little annoyances with this hotel (which wouldn’t stop us staying there again). Entry on ground floor, reception on level 2, parking on B3 and limited luggage trolleys made it hard to empty our full car on checkin with 2 kids.
