'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. When our room was cleaned the Versace pillows were thrown on the floor. There was an extra sheet laying on my suitcase??? and the curtains were...

'Absolutely stunning property! Great place to get away from the city and relax in 5 star accommodations! The views, service and food were beyond imagination! Highly recommended!'

'Parking was easy. Check-in was difficult as hours were limited and their phones didn’t work to discuss later check-in arrangements. Check out was 10:00, but was asked to return the keys by 9:30.. Room was cute and historic looking. Breakfast is lack lustre. Real eggs and butter vs “spread” would have made all the difference. Similar priced, but nicer places are nearby. Look around first. '

'The staff were fantasic, nothing was cant do. The welcoming we recived was somthing other motels could learn from, as soon you walk in the front door you are meet with exstremly clean foyer area which is the start of the whole experince of what to expect your stay is going to be.
