'A dream stay. Lovely cottage on a working farm just a few minutes drive from Castle Combe and Chippenham. The hosts were lovely, the cottage was warm and homely with an amazing log burning fire. Each morning, a freshly cooked breakfast is brought to your door at a time of your choosing. Would highly reccommend to all.'

'Loved the farmhouse, its location, the views, beautiful garden, the peace & quiet. A welcoming homely atmosphere, well-equipped, with plenty of room for our party of 8 adults and one baby. The beds were comfortable and the room sizes large. The outside of the farmhouse is very impressive and the inside doesn't disappoint and has lots of character. 'Lower Elmore's is a lovely house with everything you could need and bags of space. We rented the property as a group of 12 (6 adults, 6 kids) and hugely enjoyed it. It's remote location does mean you have to navigate single track narrow roads to go anywhere - this wasn't a problem for us but may not be to everyone's comfort.'

'Perfect accommodation for self catering holiday. Contact with our host was easy and prompt. We loved the mixture of twin and double beds and the walking option to village shops: bakery, butcher, supermarket. We had a wonderful holiday.'

'We were visiting from the US and wanted one central location everyone could stay as we have an extended UK family from multiple locations.. This was an ideal location and the many rooms/bed options made it easy to accommodate everyone. Close to local shops and pubs made it easy to grab essentials and plan meals out. 'We had 4 nights in October and couldn’t have wished for a better time. House is well equipped, spacious yet feels so cosy and homely. Lovely log fire and the views from windows were beautiful....fields and horses. Spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. I’m sure we’ll be back. Great location for getting to all the lovely surrounding villages, especially Broadway. Thoroughly recommended.'

'Location was different to what's on the map (it's right next door to the New County Hotel). The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded...
