'We really liked the house and outdoor space, especially the patio overlooking the river. The biggest drawback, and for me it is a big one, is that bed sheets are not provided. Since we were driving and had room in the car it wasn't a disaster, but hauling 4 beds' worth of sheets fills a duffel bag, and I did not enjoy having to make those beds after a 7 hour drive. I wouldn't mind stripping the beds at the end but for the cost of the accommodations and how little a house full of sheets would...

'The inside of the cabin has a typical rustic layout and motif. The cabin in designed to make you feel like you’re in the 1800s. The cabin also had all the modern amenities and conveniences you could ever want, including wifi, tv, a/c, heater and all the appliances. We loved the fire pit and bbq grill. You are situated at the end of a residential neighborhood in the woods. We saw neighbors sometimes walking around. Highly recommend. '

'The property was lovely, as was the home. We had a great time. Overall a great experience. The living room furniture is not overly comfortable and could need updating soon, but that’s it. Very clean place. We found some fun things to do within a 30 minute drive, but the town of Monticello itself was pretty was dead. The people were lovely everywhere we went.'

Vinny and Josh were super sweet and accommodating for info on local restaurants and store details The location is beautiful and tranquil and I enjoyed seeing all the wildlife early in the am. .would definitely book again for future concerts ❤️'
