'I actually love this property , having enjoyed the spa many times and its facilities. However the front office staff is in need of hospitality training . On two different occasions I’ve had incidents and concerns with privacy and disturbances.. I had asked a manager to get back to me and I’ve never received any feedback on either situations .. I got more of a it’s a “you” problem than any support or assurances..'

'I'm so grateful for dog-friendly properties. The room was spacious and clean. The fireplace was great for taking the chill off. Garbage cans around the property were helpful for dog waste disposal. The view was great and it was very quiet. Staff was very helpful as there was some issues with my reservation. They worked hard to rectify the situation and we enjoyed our stay worry free.'

She oversaw breakfast and made sure everyone got their orders right away. 'The internet service was spotty during our stay (which they admitted was a problem and they were fixing it). This is the main reason I gave only 4 stars. Otherwise, I really love the place. The location on the water is great. The restaurant, when open, is also great.'
