'We had a great stay at our flat. It was good for a family and hotel alternative. The bathroom tap did not work for half our stay, which was inconvenient as we had to wash and brush in the bathtub or kitchen, but communication was fantastic and Graham was doing his best to fix it, which he did. When I asked for extra towels they were delivered promptly. Overall, a positive stay and would recommend. Thank you!'

'Great flat 2 minute walk to train station or 5 minutes taxi ride from city centre. There were a few minor issues. Some of the hall lights not working. Fan in bathroom not working which in turn looks like there might be some mould around the Velux window in the bathroom. Kick plate missing in the kitchen and kitchen door kept sticking open.
