'Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und wirklich sehr geräumig. Man kann sowohl drinnen als auch draußen gut zu acht sitzen und essen Die Terrasse bietet optimalen Sonnenschutz. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man i.R. benötigt. Schöne Strände und auch die Stadt sind fußläufig. Die Kommunikation war problemlos und William hat uns mit vielen Infos versorgt. Wir würden wieder kommen.'

'We stayed at this villa with a group of 13 guys who were around the age of 20. Everything what was noted in the description was correct and there was plenty of room for any of us to have a nice holiday here. Furthermore is the owner of this villa a very nice and helpful man, he responded quickly at our questions during our stay. At last we want to say that the size of the pool was a major plus, it was bigger than we expected.'

'We had a very nice stay in this house which was located right in the centre of Figueres. It wa spacious enough for 2 and the garden was lovely for having breakfast and to relax at the end of the day. The house was very clean but the garden could do with some more attention. We were warmly welcomed by our host Xavier. + excellent location Beautiful and private garden Good shower Plenty of room - very small bed for 2 adults One towel pp, one old coffee/teacup pp'

'The owners are wonderfull people and help where needed. The house is perfect! Everything you would need is there. Swimmingpool is a delight! Mantainance pool two times a week by a professional. Good location (car needed). We have had a great vacation and are planning our visit for next year!'

'Bij aankomst was het verblijf ronduit vuil, stof op de legplanken van de kasten, elke stoel lag vol kruimels, douche met een vuile doek opgekuist tot zelfs een gebruikt maandverband in 1 van de vuilbakjes... vele excuses van de eigenaar, maar eigenlijk geen oplossing aangeboden. Dan het huis. Het uitzicht is mooi en daar stopt het. Elk terrasmeubel is verroest, in zowat elke kamer pelt de verf van het plafond, kleine dingen zoals de douche kop/slang zijn stuk, het stopcontact van de tv hangt...

Fully equipped kitchen with lots of cutlery and amenities even including basics as some salt, pepper, oil etc to allow proper cooking. Clean bedrooms and bathrooms and beautiful garden, pool and terraces. Perfect place to relax with friends or family and great location to explore the Costa brava. 'Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in L'Escala. William hat uns freundlich begrüßt und viele Tipps gegeben. Das Haus war sauber und es wahr alles da, was man braucht. Wir hatten viele Ausflüge und Fahrradtouren von dort unternommen. Vielen Dank!'

'The villa was looking clean. Many reviews told us that there was only one airco, but luckily there where two of them. Every room has it’s own portable ventilator which also is very nice. The pool was getting a bit dirty at the end, but somebody came to the house to fix that problem. Overall a nice place to stay!!'

Wij hadden een niet goed werkende airco werd meteen verholpen. De straat achter de locatie daar kun je parkeren. Of nog een straat erachter. Gaat prima. Een locatie om nog een keertje te bezoeken. '
