'Very clean and well equipped. Comfortable furniture, great views of the lake and close to restaurants (south shore grocery and grill is new, 5 min anway, and so good!). We loved morning coffee on the balcony in very comfortable chairs. Ideal location to visit family in nearby Harbour Watch when they already have a house full! We will be back! '

'I have stayed in Columbia many times before and I have to say this was my favorite property that I stayed in The host was quick to answer any questions, the house was amazing with everything you would need, it was also very clean and in a quiet nice neighborhood that was close to everything I would highly recommend it and will be staying there again soon '

'We stopped on our way to South Carolina for the night. It was in a great location - quiet neighborhood. The host was always available when we had questions - no matter how big or small. He had recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. He thought of everything from coffee station to toiletries you may have forgotten. In a good location to the highway. This is a great place to stay for the night or for an extended stay.'

'This place was a great stay! Our family enjoyed our stay. It can get warm during the day inside the house and some of the night but cools off during the night as you sleep. '

'Clean, roomey, comfortable, and a great location. It has a spacious and modern kitchen. The only issue for us, as we cook all our meals, is it was short a cutting board and a muffin tin. HIGHLY recommend this rental and its host!'

'The inside of the property was great but the outside was not in good shape. The back patio was covered with mildew, moss, and dirt. The thresholds were rotted and the door and window frames were dirty, rotting, and had mildew all over them. The grill had old ashes in the bottom and hasn't been cleaned for a long time. Lastly the front steps were nice but did not have a railing on them.'
