The service at both restaurants was not great. In Juniper they were very nice, but slow. In Ombre the waiters were kind, but one of the evening hosts was not nice and even rude. At the reception it also varied. Lara was amazing welcoming us and always greeted us with a smile, but other people were less helpful and kind. When we asked for an extra bed for our son, the only one that was able to find a solution was Pepa, who was in charge of cleaning our room and did an excellent choice. In general it was a very good stay, but there are a lot of things that can be easily improved. "
