'All staff are extremely friendly and service minded - worthy of a 5-star accomodation. The rooms are a bit tired, although comfortable. Bathroom small - if you are over 1,80 you will not be able to stand in the bathtub to take a shower. Hotel is beautifully located and the gardens are an absolute pleasure to spend some warm evenings enjoying a drink or waterpipe. '

'The hotel is very well located in Cairo and has a beautiful view of the Nile. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The breakfast is varied and they also had typical Egyptian specialties. The 3 restaurants are super tasty and we recommend the Grill enough! The room service was also on point. The only downside were the noisy events on Friday and Saturday until late at night. 'A neat affordable welcoming hotel in a quiet neighbourhood on the island of Zamalek. Moving around requires taxis while in Downtown or Dokki one might be closer to a metro. But taxis in Cairo are very affordable, only during part of the day the traffic is slow. Soon there will be a metro station on Zamalek too.
