'we had a serious technical issue with the water. The water was cut off in the middle of the night, leaving us without water to use the bathroom or take a shower without any prior notice. When we asked for a refund for the missing service, we were offered only a 10% future voucher, which is not very helpful and does not reflect the amount we paid for a stay that should have included basic services like running water. 'We stayed at a lovely and spacious apartment operated by Maison 7. It is located very quiet community that is relatively close to the airport (only a 15-20 minute drive). We were particularly grateful for the arrangements made to pick us up at the airport and to return us for the next morning for our flight. We wish that we could’ve stayed there longer during our time in Egypt.'

'The room was horrible, the bathroom stunk!! The elevator was scary went down to reception and there was water running through the elevator they said they were cleaning upstairs and the water runs through. Only one sheet on the bed. Did not have breakfast because it looked do dirty did not want to risk it. We slept and out out of there'

'When checking out they accused us of replacing the hairdresser but we didn't have our own hairdresser. After a long argument and the taxi waiting for us to go to the airport they let us go. Really bad experience.'
