« lamp and alarm clock were unplugged upon arrival; inside of lampshade was covered in cobwebs; curtains were damaged; sink was not cleaned, wall & bottom of shower could use cleaning as well; pretty sure the sheets were not changed after the last person. nothing worth changing a one-night stay over, but wouldn’t stay for more than that. front desk people were very nice though :) »

« Horrible...mauvais etat.....refrigerateur qui ronfle...wifi ne marche pas...mais surtout la saleté : le soir, je prends une douche...je marche un peu pieds nus dans la chambre..le lendemain, douche j'avais les pieds très sales....par curiosité j'ai passé une serviette mouillée par terre, en 5 secondes, elle était noire! »

« Room was clean, condition of the overall room was pretty bad. We were put in a handicap room for some reason which was not the issue, someone had pulled the curtain closing rods off the curtain along with pulling the curtain off the curtain rod. The bathroom had one of the towel rods had one of the supports pulled out of the wall. The water pressure in the shower barrel can out of the shower head and cleared the fixture. The bathroom sink bowl was too small for the opening in the bathroom...

« No intercom to communicate with reception ! The room given was a smoke room. I am not a smoker. I couldn’t sleep during most of the night with that heavy stinking smell to cigarette and smoke. All my clothes caught that smell. »

« Waiting on Customer to pay as one of the guests I arrived early -C° outside freezing waters pipes everywhere snowing got put outside to wait and it being my Mother and everyone walking already reserved waiting too see her ID and get the cash me and my male cuddles had to sleep in death freeze weather while waiting on paying reserved customer whom had the cash »
