'Well maintained clean in the heart of downtown Augusta short walk to everything. Great breakfast buffet with omelets to order even salmon and lox. Would recommend. '

However, we were not notified in advance that the hotel is under renovation, so the hallways, elevators, lobby and the lobby seating were COVERED in drywall bits, construction dust, and debris! 'They failed to recognize me as an IHG rewards member and didn't do anything to correct it when I mentioned it. But the staff did a very good job being courteous to the people having breakfast in the mornings and managed it well. So, one good thing and one bad thing equals an overall "good" review.'

'Even while under lobby renovations, we found the convention center Marriott impeccably maintained. There was a weekend convention going on, but there was still parking in their garage. The pool and gym seemed to be closed due to the work going on. Great coffee at KC’s Korner and the location was an easy walk to local restaurants… :)'

'We had a problem with our AC, but the staff worked hard to help us. We loved the 24 hr coffee station with really nice coffee machines that prepare coffee from the bean. The manager, Yazmin, was very helpful and kind. '
