'Check In staff needs some training in being customer friendly. The lady could not deal with us (after a long drive). I asked to lower the credit card deposit (USD 150) as this blocking would reduce may CC-usage. De-blocking takes often more than a week! Reaction was unfriendly.'

'Beautiful and comfortable room, which was very quiet and very clean. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. Our only issue was an electrical outlet in the bathroom that did not work. The front desk put in an immediate request for maintenance to fix it. Other than that, it was a perfect day.'

'Pet friendly hotel. The staff are super helpful and friendly with each person walking in/out. Breakfast is included and pretty decent . Room is very spacious ! Location was near several food options and driving is fairly easy to reach other areas of town.'
