The Space:

Unit P451 is a Two bedroom Condo on the first floor of Pacific Palisades. There are stairs going down to the unit.





Great Ocean view from your Deck. Queen bed in the Main bedroom, a Queen in the second bedroom, including a Sofa bed located in the living room. HD Flat Screen TV with Satellite and a DVD player. Enjoy a complimentary presto log each night of your stay. Just a moments stroll to the beach. While you're out try to catch a glimpse of our famous Elk that wander the town and sometimes the property!.





You will have access to an Indoor Heated Pool. There is NO access to a hot tub.





While this unit does not accept pets, the owner does bring theirs. NO PETS ALLOWED!

Elk at Gearhart

This was our third stay at Gearhart by the sea. The condo is perfect with nice view of ocean, quiet neighborhood , and plenty of elk right outside your balcony.

Amazing time!

We had a great time! Our fishing trip got cancelled but we decided to still come and have a getaway. Instead of 5 it was just us 2. The property is great, the condo was just as described. Hairdryer, shampoo, body wash and conditioner provided along with anything else you could need. We want to come back to this condo annually. We saw the elk and the property was clean and exactly as described in the ad. I love the way they made the games a part of their decor. If you book this condo you won’t be disappointed.

Peaceful getaway from Portland in lovely location

Truly enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect for me and my kids. This portion of our vacation was done without my husband. It was truly peaceful and felt safe. I was not comfortable alone with the kids in Portland. I am so glad we headed out to the coast. The condo was a perfect space for us all to spread out. We enjoyed the super close location to the beach. There were lots of eating places nearby and it was convenient to Haystock Rock, Cannon Beach and Ecola State Park.

Very good. Prefer top floor as it has better view, but first floor had some view of ocean. Don’t miss the cafe in downtown Gearhart! Excellent food!

Nice and quiet

The area is really nice and quiet. The condo is a great location, easy access to the beach and having McMenamins so close was great. The condo is older and could use some minor repair/update, but overall a great place to stay. By the way, for those of you wondering, it does not have a Keurig, so be sure to bring ground coffee for the Mr. Coffee. :) :)

Lovely Weekend Beach Trip

We booked this condo the day before for a weekend getaway. Having a kitchen and 2 bedrooms was a must for us with our 2 1/2 year old. The property was a short walk from the beach and the kitchen was fully equipped, so we were able to cook most of our meals. It was very clean and quiet. We only used the pool once, but it was indoors and we had it all to ourselves. Only an 8 minute drive to downtown Seaside and the street it’s on has a stoplight onto 101 which was nice. We didn’t realize but the property is right next to a McMenamins and we ate at the restaurant there (it was super delicious ). We can’t wait to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The access to the beach was terrific as were the views from the patio. There was ample room for the three of us and it had all the amenities you would need. The condo itself could use some love. The front door is difficult to unlock and open and one of the bathrooms did not have a exhaust fan. The condo could use a refresh but overall we enjoyed our time there very much and would return.
