Flats in Gearhart

'We absolutely love the location. The condo had good amenities. Our only complaint is the bed. Im sure at some point it was a good mattress, however it is no longer providing the comfort necessary for a restful nights sleep. I really don’t like leaving negative feedback because I can usually make the best of most situations. But the quality was so poor we lost sleep all three nights. Other than that it is a perfect and beautiful location, and a great condo!!'

'The property is in a great location. Was clean and well stocked. The unit was very quiet. McMenamins Gearhart is just a short walk as is beach access. We accidentally left a shirt behind. We are still waiting on it to be shipped to us.'

'Check in was smooth, received codes for keys timely. There are some shops nearby but limited number, Gearhart McMenamins has a small and convenient little shop as well as a restaurant with great food. The pictures of this condo truly are not accurate. The furniture is dated, some threadbare, and while there is a sleeper sofa, there were no sheets to put on it. Also due to how dirty and dusty the place was, I would be fearful to even open the thing up let alone sleep on it. The kitchen...

'Such a beautiful little place. So quiet and peaceful. Very clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing! The instructions and directions were right on easy to access. I would rent it again when I am in Seaside. My only suggestion would be to offer Coffee. Lol.'
