'The staff is super helpful! Like a family, the view is excellent! Lots of pyramids times! The breakfast were superb! We asked to have breakfast in balcony and the staff were so nice to let us do that at our own time. Can’t be better '

'The rooms were very clean and the staff is so friendly they do all their best to make you feel home and I am genuinely so thankful that I’ve chosen this hotel and id definitely choose it over and over again!!!'

'Arrived after 12 hours travel, struggled to climb to rooftop for a drink with owner. Given a bottle of water while he pushed to sell his overpriced trips. Was not happy when I would not book his £200 package. Told that the enterance to the pyramids near the hotel was only an exit for camels and needed to take the trip to gain visitor entrance, so we agreed the trip,(load of lies). After having booked a luxury double on half board, I was put in a tiny one bed with no room for bedside cabinet....
