'The moment i walked in i felt safe with security on site 24/7. I had no issue about my safety. The staff was incredible catering to my every need from the host, to the staff at the restaurant and at the bar Patrick making some incredible drinks to the individuals that made sure I always have a clean room. 'Here's a concise breakdown: Hotel: Excellent. Staff are great and helpful. Food is good and fresh. Your room is decent and cleaned daily including fresh towels. The gym is well stocked including a punching bag. Also, there is a staff member always ready to help you with activities such as safaris or visits to the Giraffe Center. 'de eerste nacht kreeg ik een kamer waarin de hele nacht het niet ophoudende lawaai van de centrale airconditioning installatie was te horen, hetgeen mij ernstig stoorde in mijn slaap. Men heeft mij de volgende dag een andere kamer gegeven en die was uitstekend. Het hotel is verder prima en volgens Europese standaard.'
