The chalet overlooks Mt Leconte. Come RELAX in the GREAT SMOKY MOUNTAINS! Celebrate WINTERFEST in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! View the beautiful snow-capped Mt. Leconte directly from your deck! Watch the Ober gondola pass right by and see downtown Gatlinburg all while sipping your coffee or hot chocolate from your deck! Please note there are no pets allowed and no smoking allowed.

This gorgeous new construction cabin features 4 Bedrooms and 3 baths -- the perfect accommodations for your getaway! This upscale cabin features all the comforts of home and more! No need to "rough it" when you're in the mountains--enjoy the luxury of upscale furnishings, high end finishes and everything you could ask for! Three King bedrooms and an additional bedroom with a triple bunk bed. There are a total of 11 beds. Total accommodations for 14! Two of the beds are Queen blowup mattresses.

Rental Agreement and Policies: Guest is responsible for reading and reviewing the Rental Agreement. Booking this property will be considered acknowledgement and acceptance of the rules and regulations outlined in the Rental Agreement. Please be aware there are security cameras on the exterior of the home only recording audio and video. No pets are allowed in the cabin at anytime. No smoking is permitted in the cabin or on the decks.

Here are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions:

Will there be plates, utensils, pots & pans, etc. in the cabin?

Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of plates, cups, mugs, utensils, and pots and pans for your convenience. There are also 2 courtesy trash bags provided for the kitchen, 2 dish washer packs, dish soap and 1 roll of paper towels. We apologize that per health department rules we cannot provide spices, cooking oil or other condiments.
Are there appliances and a coffee maker?

Yes, the kitchen features a full refrigerator and freezer, microwave, stove and oven. There is also a Keurig machine with a coffee pot combo.

Are sheets and towels provided?

Yes, sheets are provided on every bed. Two sets of towels and wash cloths are provided in each bathroom.

Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed in the cabin at anytime.

Are toilet paper and other toiletries provided?

2 courtesy rolls of toilet paper are provided per bathroom as well as bars of hand soap. Other toiletries are not provided.

Are there TVs

Yes, each bedroom as well as the living room and recreation room features a large wall mounted TV. There are cable boxes on each TV. We provide Netflix, HULU, ESPN , Disney+ through ROKU.

Does the chalet have any games or activities?

The cabin features a pool table, Additionally, there is a Galaca arcade game. Some board games and playing cards are provided as well. There is also a 7 person jacuzzi on the deck overlooking the mountains.

What are the roads like to get to the cabin?

It is very easy to get to the cabin as the roads are wide and paved.

Are there bears?

Yes! We have bears roaming around the area and see them often. While they generally do not interact with humans please use extreme caution if you see a bear and please do NOT feed them.

Is the cabin close to nearby attractions?

Yes! The cabin overlooks the city lights of downtown Gatlinburg and you will be less than a 8 minute drive down to the action. The cabin is also just minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as the new observation bridge, the largest in North America! It is also less than a 10 minute drive to the Ober ski resort.

Is smoking permitted?
No smoking is allowed inside the cabin or on its decks.

Guest access
The entire home is available for your stay. Guests will access the home via electronic lock code on the front door.10 minutes from Pigeon Forge city limits. After memorial day each year our pools are open all guests. Total of 6 pools between the 3 Chalet Village Clubhouse locations. Also Tennis courts. Pools normally shuts down for the season at the end of September each year. opening back up early March. All locations are within 1-2 miles from our Chalet.
