Wonderful place, hosts were quick to respond and instructions were laid out well. Was very clean, welcoming, an close to everything we wanted to visit. Only issue we ran into - which is no fault of the hosts at all - was parking was limited. Other than that everything was perfect! We will for sure be back!

The room location and the size of the accommodation were great! The indoor pool was nice, although you had to exit and enter it from outside. The accommodation could use a little updating and some maintenance. The remote for the living room TV didn't work well; the light fixture as you entered the unit was broken; there was no stopper in the bathroom sink and only one of the fans worked (both bathrooms); there were no hangers in the closets although it appeared to be used for storage of flooring and extra items for the unit; and the unit could definitely use a painting. Not being picky, just pointing out things that would have earned a 5-star rating if fixed.

Excellent property! We really appreciated the attention to detail and a few extra special touches that made us feel welcome! The host was very responsive and helpful.Very close to all the downtown Gatlinburg attractions, and we would absolutely return. I recommend this place to anyone look for comfort and convenience in Gatlinburg.

We had the best stay for our 10th wedding anniversary. We stayed Sunday- Saturday! The condo was very beautiful and clean when we arrived and everything we needed was already provided. Great big tv’s and WiFi. No trouble with internet access, texts or calls. The host is amazing and is super fast to respond to any questions. The condo is so convenient in town and we could walk to town instead of having to drive. Anakeesta was about a 5 min walk. We had our own private balcony and we could see the sky bridge from our condo. On our last day we looked down from our condo and saw 5 bears, it was awesome. The only complaint I do have is the elevator was broken and we had to walk up and down 5 flights of stairs 5 out of our 6 days we stayed at the condo. Very inconvenient, but that did not have anything to do with our condo host, it was the condo complex. Also I recommend not parking in the sloped inclined parking spaces. Our SUV got stuck and we had to get 4 guys that happened to be out walking to help push us out. There is free parking, that was a major plus for us. Other than that, everything was perfect!!

4th of July stay

Location was great. We could walk into town very easily & didn’t have to worry about driving / traffic etc. Condo itself could use a little updating (paint etc) but overall, a nice stay. Communication between owners was also very easy & quick response time. We would stay here again.

A good walk

The property is exactly as listed. Just know that the walk to the main strip of Gatlinburg is likely a bit longer than what you're expecting. My kids did well with it so it wasn't a big deal for us but could be a drawback for some.

Truly is in walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg. Nice, clean, and if you’re lucky you might see a bear right outside your door. P. S. Do not leave food in your car.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Was a little disappointed with the outside appearance, but the condo itself was nice. Painting crew could have done a bit cleaner job and not splattered paint on doors. There was no dressers and no hangers, so had to live out of the suitcase for several days which was a bit disappointing. Wanted to feel more like home, but couldn’t because of that. Overall though, nice condo, convenient, and I would stay there again.

This property has everything you need and centrally located in Gatlinburg. The check in process was great. The unit had a fully stocked kitchen, and they even provided toiletries, shampoo, body wash, etc. This place is so clean!! Thank you so much! We will be back!

The condo was clean (that’s true). The pictures shown are NOT updated. Living room is only a couch, tables with 1 lamp. There is on lamp lighting throughout so very dark. Beds are (FIRM). Request enough towels and rags for your whole stay. All parking is on a steep grade so not elderly friendly.

The conda was ok and clean however we didn't feel it accommodated 6 people as stated on the listing. Only seating was a couch for three people that wasnt very comfortable at all. And fpur chairs around the kitchen table. Didn't find any bedding for the pullout sofa bed amd was only give 4 towels for a week pong stay.
