The onyx chef's kitchen sits just beyond, fully stocked with new stainless appliances and its own coffee bar, opening onto a handmade wood dining table that seats 8, with a gas grill just steps away on the main deck for easy cookouts.

Down the hall from the great room, a private queen bedroom offers easy single-level living, with its own updated bath just a step away — new granite counters, vanity, mirror, and a fully renovated shower. The two doors sit right next to each other, so it feels ensuite without technically being one.
