Please remember you're staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. We have a ring security camera on-site and able to see if people outside your group come to the house. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.
SELF-CHECK-IN + CHECK-OUT
Self-check-in via electronic keypad lock located on door. Access code will be sent prior to arrival.
Check-In: No sooner than 4 PM EST
Check Out: No later than 10 AM EST
*NO EXCEPTIONS without prior approval in writing. Guests who 1) check in early OR check out after 10 AM will be charged $75 every 30 minutes past check-out time. If check-out is past 1 PM, an additional night will be charged. This allows our cleaning team to have time to prepare our home for the next guest.
*Base price includes up to six (6) guests. Additional fees above base is applied during booking. Please ensure you're booking with the correct guest counts.
*This property requires a $400 security deposit hold. It will be collected separately by the property 2-days prior to check-in.
