Lavish Condo on the Parkway!!

Nightly Rates shown includes ALL taxes and fees. Welcome to our home!
Our master bedroom holds a king size bed and your own private balcony. The bathroom has a shower and a Jacuzzi for relaxing in.
The second bedroom offers 2 new queen beds accommodating 2-4 guests. Private access to the second bath and dressing table in the bedroom.

Each bedroom has their own TV allowing everyone to watch their favorite TV shows.

The upgraded granite topped, wooden cabinet kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare snacks or meals at home or to warm up left overs from one of our many great restaurants. A washer and dryer in our condo is provided for your convenience allowing you to return home with clean laundry.

The dining area easily accommodates 6 to dine or gathering for a board game or card game. A variety of games are provided for your use during your stay.

When the day comes to an end, turn on the gas fireplace and cozy up on the couch to watch a movie or catch your favorite show . There are DVD players in the living room and master bedroom. Free WI-FI is included in the unit.
This property does have a RING doorbell. Parking passes are MANDATORY if you don’t display pass you will be towed. Parking pass is left in the unit for your use and must be returned upon your departure. If pass is not returned, a fine will be charged.

Amazing condo in a very convenient location, much more well stocked than some of the other places we have stayed at before in Gatlinburg. Comfy beds and furniture, very nice decor. The owners were very friendly and always quick to respond. Will definitely be back in the near future!

We enjoyed this visit so much !!! Everything was clean and the condo was dressed beautifully with fall decor ! The home is well stocked with everything you need . Drop your bags and just sit back and relax on your mountain vacation . Everyone in our group truly loved this condo with it's downtown location and restaurants nearby . We saw bears 3 times which thrilled us to no end...lol ! Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home and helping us to make some beautiful memories ! Perfect Gatlinburg “home away from home”!

Very responsive, quick and clear communications. The home is beautiful, was as described and well beyond. It was thoughtfully stocked with so many unexpected extras that really made it feel like home, which we appreciated. The beds and living furniture were comfy, kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after long days out and about. The balconies are a nice place to relax with morning coffee or an evening cocktail. We spent a whole day at Anakeesta and two days at Dollywood. The condo is in perfect location with super quick access to the parkway. Our grandchildren and I had no problem with the steep hill but my husbands knees suffered with it a bit. There may be some stairs somewhere that go to the parkway, but we didn’t immediately see them. Our grandchildren cried when we had to leave. We would definitely (and plan to) return!

A quiet getaway from the busy streets of Gatlinburg. Here for a dance competition at the convention center. Convenient walking distance to the center and several places to eat and shop. Clean and well kept.

Best condo on the strip!

This is the BEST condo on the strip! We come to TN every year and always stay at this complex but this unit is by FAR the best one we’ve stayed in! Super clean and cozy, extra blankets and comfy furniture make it feel like home. We love staying here and look forward to it every year. The hosts are AMAZING! So friendly and accommodating. You won’t regret booking this unit, you’ll never book any other!

We absolutely loved the condo, had everything we needed and super clean. The only downside was that the outdoor elevator that takes you down to street level was down our whole stay. But that wasn’t on the property owner. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

Great stay

The condo was perfect. It is in a great location and had everything we needed for our stay. At first, the walk up the hill to the condo looked intimidating, but my family and I had no problem with it. It actually got easier each time. Not having to drive every day was awesome. We could just walk out to the Parkway for a bite to eat or to spend time sightseeing. We found the beds and sofa to be extremely comfortable and the condo is decorated beautifully. We were in and out a lot because of the freezing temperatures during our visit so it was wonderful to have a beautiful, warm, and comfy condo to come back to relax in. Having the jetted tub in the master was a great bonus! Lisa and Greg were easy to contact and super friendly. The whole experience with this stay was very relaxed, no nitpicky requirements before checking out. We appreciated that the hosts only required common sense and respect for their property. We will definitely look for this location first for our next stay in Gatlinburg.

Beautiful renovated condo

This condo is located in the heart of Gatlinburg. We have stayed in this building for the past 8 years and this specific condo at least twice. This property specifically is owned by wonderful people who communicated with us throughout the whole stay without a problem. They stocked the unit with many things you may need during your stay. It definitely feels like home while you’re there. We definitely enjoyed our stay and look forward to next years trip!! And hope to stay here again. Thank you again for sharing your mountain home with us.

Best Condo on the Strip

This was the best condo I’ve ever stayed at the Summit Manor! It was extremely clean, modern, and cozy. We loved staying here and felt so cozy. It was very clean and well maintained. The extra blankets, pillows, and toiletries were super thoughtful as well. We will definitely be back!
