Welcome to your home away from home! Come on in, take off your shoes, pull up a chair and enjoy this beautiful condo with creekside and mountain views just outside your door.

You will be close enough to walk downtown (3/4 mile) or ride the trolley which stops just across the street. Grocery shopping is just down the road and we are located on the quiet side of town, away from traffic. Either way, you are nestled in but right in the thick of things. Creek view from large back balcony and city view from breakfast nook.

The condo is fully furnished end unit with a large wrap around semi-private balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you will need to make a wonderful meal for your family. There is a breakfast nook with seating for 4 - along with a checkerboard and cards for your enjoyment. The dining table has the capability of seating 4 or more and the bar has seating for 4.

Gas fireplace, seasonal, 60' TV, and Wi Fi . MB has kingsize bed, TV, jacuzzi tub and balcony entrance. Guest bedroom has 2 full size beds, TV, with walk-in shower bath nearby. Please note...... there is NO sleeper sofa!

Balcony overlooking the Roaring Fork Creek complete with rocking chairs and a patio table & chairs for your dining pleasure. There you have a beautiful view of the mountains and the creek in your back yard. COME and ENJOY and RELAX!

My husband and I stayed at these condos back in july the stay was amazing, we did not stay at this condo though..this condo master bathroom was not clean, roach was crawling on bed spread and this condo living room furniture need a up grade, I think a curtain or blinds should be up at the patio window, on a sunny day, too much sun shining in.

Perfect place to relax

I loved being greeted by the sound of the creek. It is the perfect way to relax after a day of adventuring. The condo is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. It is very close to downtown and all the activity; but best of all, it is in a quiet neighborhood.

My two brothers and I (age 50+) had a great 3-day stay. Location was great, just off the strip. Very spacious, clean, well equipped. Convenient parking, with ramp and elevator access. Will definitely try to have our next stay here as well.

Beautiful property. Would go back again. Had a problem with the bathroom though. There aren't any handicap bars nor was there a bathroom mat. Due to the lack of either of these 2 people had a slip and fall when getting out of the shower.

Beautiful spot! There are a few things that could use attention: pillows in master very flat; light bulbs out above both showers; No hot pads in kitchen, ceiling light in front bedroom flickers; patio door latch not working. We also have a vacation rental, so thought you would like to know these things. That being said, we have booked for a future visit and look forward to staying here again!

Roomy condo

We had a nice time in this roomy condo. It was clean but the carpets need a steam cleaning to remove stains. The living room furniture is aged beyond its useful life. The kitchen was large and well equipped with supplies. No coffee available so bring your own. The master bed is very squeaky. The blinds dont block the sun and each bedroom needs room darkening curtains. We had trouble with the cable in the guest room. The condos are very clean and well maintained with plenty of parking.

Spring break

We stayed in this condo for spring break 2024. It is a beautiful condo that has everything you need from silverware to pot and pans and a great bar area. The bathrooms are great, the master bather has a huge jacuzzi tub and the showers have great water pressure. The view of the stream and sound of it is so relaxing. Enough seating for a sizable amount of people. There is even a checker board set up in the kitchen nook table. Close to downtown Gatlinburg. It states trolly stop across the street closest we seen was about 3/4 mile down the road.Flapjacks pancakes is a short 3 minute walk and a few other restaurants are a short walk as well. Loved having our own private covered parking space by the elevator. We had a few hiccups but owner responded and took care of quickly.

Nice place

Overall a nice place. No problems with checking in. Was clean and comfortable and worked well for us. The fireplace was nice and toasty. The master bed was real squeaky and the master bath sink didn't drain real well but other than that everything worked good. I would stay there again.

Great Mountain Condo!

This condo is perfectly located! Close to the action, but far enough away so it was relaxing and peaceful. The balcony is gigantic and overlooked the creek with the sound of flowing water…..VERY relaxing! Great corner unit, huge kitchen, very nicely appointed. Eight thumbs up! (from our family of four!)
