'Rooms are very dated. Mattresses felt like motel 6. Staff definitely needs a lesson on customer relations. A smile would even suffice. They just seemed annoyed. I would not recommend this hotel.'

'The hotel room was super clean. The mattress was a little bit too soft for my back. The room was really quiet which is really good. I have used the shared workspace, it was really good but a little bit too cold. The location is very awesome to visit Tahoe and Truckee. I would recommend it.'

'The breakfast good was good. The view was nice and it was very quiet. The location was very good.'

'Absolutely loved the loca! Convenient to many towns, parks and lakes. We were there during Made in Tahoe. It was Amazing to not leave the property and have so much accessible. My only suggestion…,take out the carpet in the rooms.'

'Everything was perfect with the exception of our location. Room was on second floor in the corner with no view. Better to request ground floor or at least a room with a view from which use of the balcony would be more comfortable. The location is great backing up to open forestland and trail to Shirley Canyon. The living room is quite convenient and the grounds were very pleasantt'

'Nice friendly could used a better way of entertaining'

'Location is great. Property is a little quirky. Rooms are fine, my only complaint is the bathroom. Sink with hardly any space to leave toiletries, and a very plastic showercurtain. Staff was welcoming on arrival. '

'We loved our stay, guy who works front at night, friendly and amazingly nice, gave everyone his full attention and assistance. Used the firepits both nights, made smores, met some great people, even had a bear get into our trunk, even though we took all food out as asked! (no damage done) It was really nice having the bar for beer and wine as we didn't have to leave for drinks. The hotel is walkable to many restaurants and the lake is right across the road. Our room was nice and large with great...

'Hele mooie omgeving. Gratis parkeren. Zwembad gesloten wegens onderhoud.

'Beautiful views and friendly staff'
