« Parking was difficult due to them hosting some sort of scrap booking event. Unfortunate that spaces were hard to find. I had to circle the lot several tjmes until someone pulled away. Hallways smelled of marijuana, staff did give me extra towels to tuck under door to help keep smell out as well as spray something through the hallway. Supposed to be non smoking hotel. I smelled it again later, but gave up. »

« I'm a Hilton Honors member booked 31 days in advance upon checkin at 3pm was informed that they were over booked and I was given a lesser room. Asst Manger on duty hide in her office rather than dress the issue. Was treated as second class customer because I booked thru Expedia. »

« I am in a wheelchair, and as such, my only complaint is the odd set up for persons with disabilities to enter. One must wheel down past the actual front doors, which are stair assessable only, then enter a bit of covered area (which was by far the only real dirty and/or broken down looking space), then ride the elevator up and enter on the other side of the main foyer from the front desk. It wasn't such a big deal that I wouldn't stay again, but it was quite an annoyance. I believe a ramp...

« Good selection for breakfast. Clean property, clean rooms. Easy parking. Staff was great (Rashiid)-very nice and professional. Would stay again. Great location. »

« We arrived a day early for a conference downtown and chose to stay here to save money versus book additional night at downtown hotel. This hotel was SO nice. Staff was friendly. I also loved that it was close to a couple stores for us to do a little shopping for things we had forgotten. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! »

« My room was cancelled by staff earlier that day so when I got there to check in they had no rooms left. I waited in the lobby until after 1:00am when luckily another guest checked out early. »
