« Didn’t have correct room type available. Room was not available until well after 4p. Once in room there was food in the refrigerator and dirty silverware in the sink. Had to wait for clean plates at breakfast. Front desk staff very slow and kept having to run up to rooms to check status. No manager was available to talk to until two days after our stay ended. Hilton Honors reached out and asked how our stay was going and I told them the issues and they simply said sorry I hope it gets better....

« I am in a wheelchair, and as such, my only complaint is the odd set up for persons with disabilities to enter. One must wheel down past the actual front doors, which are stair assessable only, then enter a bit of covered area (which was by far the only real dirty and/or broken down looking space), then ride the elevator up and enter on the other side of the main foyer from the front desk. It wasn't such a big deal that I wouldn't stay again, but it was quite an annoyance. I believe a ramp...

« This isn't a 3-star hotel. Seriously understaffed, so the one guy who does work at the desk is not very friendly. I got five packs of decaffeinated coffee in my room, no regular, and when I asked for it, I had to go to the lobby and he handed me two packs (I was staying two nights). They don't have a single extra pillow. No breakfast of any kind, the restaurant is supposedly temporarily closed, but it looks like it has been closed for at least 6 months. »

« It was clean: tv was great, bathroom was nice and clean. Bedding with new. Breakfast was not bad. »

« The staff were the most helpful and friendliest, this is what makes this hotel. The rooms were airy, bright and spacious and clean. WiFi worked perfectly. Breakfast was quirky and there was enough to chose from. Don’t come expecting a hot breakfast then you will not be disappointed. »

« My room was cancelled by staff earlier that day so when I got there to check in they had no rooms left. I waited in the lobby until after 1:00am when luckily another guest checked out early. »
