Ruime kamers. Echter volgens de boeking zouden we een kamer met buisochtend op zwembad krijgen. Deze bleek er niet te zijn. Wij hadden kamer 206. Ongeschikt om rustig te kunnen slapen. Hele nacht goederentreinen die de toeter gebruikten en vanaf 4.30 geluidsoverlast van de weg die langs het hotel liep. Geen eieren bij het ontbijt en de coffeemachine deze defect. Geen koffie dus, ook geen thee. ( We konden het wel gratis gaan halen bij een naburig hotel).

The room was dirty, the toliet paper holder was falling out of the wall, and when turning on the shower the faucet looked like it was about to come out of the wall. Additionally was apparent they did not change sheets in between guests because the beds had dirty sheets and looked wrinkly like they were used. Not worth the money paid

All staff I encountered were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the rooms are not the cleanest. The floor in my room had some really gross stains and then when I went to bed I pulled the covers back and our sheet had a really gross dark stain of most likely some sort of bodily fluid... It was so late I didn’t have the energy to call and request another so we slept on a blanket we brought with us. Sheet was washed but the stain was still very much there. The floor stains need a serious shampoo, I know that’s not usually house keepings responsibility. Also all of the wooden furniture looked like it had been pulled from a dumpster, everything was missing chips and covered in scratches. For the price we pay, they could definitely do some upgrades. But all in all, I slept good and it served it’s purpose. Just not worth the price in my opinion.

The property did not look very well maintained. Suite sitting are looked dingy. TVs had clump of wires hang and bedroom tv was tilted upwards due to wires behind it. Our bath shower head leaked bad in the morning and we were moved to Suite 209. Shower head here did not leak but did not work well either due to clogging. The ceiling in the sitting area literally had soot on all around the fan and I can not even guess how long ago fan might have been cleaned. Breakfast was of poor quality. Looked Mr. Wyndham just collects the royalty and never visits the properties.

The only reason I gave it a one star is because, I could not give it -5 star. I would say it was one of the dirtiest ones ever. And the most unfriendly staff. I ask to cancel my second night but the refuse to let me cancel it. I will never stay with Baymont again.

This hotel is a dump. The room hasn't been vaccumed in months. The toilet seat hasn't been cleaned. We've been fooled by fake positive reviews otherwise we would never have booked. Fortunately we're here just for one night. Even at $100 it's a bad deal.

Taking into consideration the poor customer service, the unorganized chaos, the no-show manager, the avoidance of the customers, the lack-luster of the room, I'd say this was a terrible stay. The only good help we received was from the cleaning crew each morning, very polite and asking if we needed any towels or toiletries. Room observations: Bed was comfortable. 5/10 cleanliness: carpet was stained up, the tv had missing pieces at the bottom of the screen, no remote back, so the batteries kept falling out, no lightbulb in the lamp on the left of bed, bathroom sink was dingy and only one little bar light in the bathroom making it impossible to put on makeup. Breakfast: Eggs and sausage were like mush. There was cereal, juice, coffee, yogurt available. We did eat the waffles, because you made them yourself, so they were fresh. Neighborhood: The location of this hotel was very shady. It was way back outside of main city, like an industrial back street. The picture on the website makes it look bright and safe, but the reality was dark and scary. Both nights we left, there were cops on the streets. One night people were being arrested and the other night they had the streets in all four directions blocked off, cop lights flashing and taking pictures of evidence laying in the streets. I had to cut off my whole review, but what I cut off was the TERRIBLE customer service story and that noone has contacted me, even tho I left my number and asked for a phone call. DON'T STAY HERE!

This property was outdated. The carpet in the room was sticky. The bathroom was filthy. The towels that were left for us for bathing, were dingy and discolored not something I wanted to use on my body. On the upside, the staff were incredibly nice and friendly..
