'フライトの都合でAM6:00のチェックアウトだとスタッフに事前に伝えていたにも関わらず、全ての出入口にロックがかかっており解錠出来ずに施設から外に出られない状態になった。 施設内部からはインターホン等のヘルプコール設備も無く、仕方なく2メートル以上のホテルのフェンスを乗り越えて脱出した。 大人でも乗り越えるのは大変だったが、同伴の子供達はかわいそうだった。'

'Great location, good spacious rooms. The only issue we had was that the room we were given had loud noise every time the toilet or taps were turn on from above level. The noise was constant throughout the night. However as soon as we raised the issue Jess in the reception came and inspected the noise and provided us with immediate solution of moving to another room on another level. Customer service provided was exceptional.'

'Enjoyed that I could come and go without any need to interact with anyone. Sort of like having my own personal home/mansion. Beautiful location and grounds. If I had time for a longer stay, I would have had more time to enjoy the building and its grounds. Checkout was a simple as leaving the key and locking the front door. Hope to be back again one day!!
