'I have seen spiders, water bugs in bathroom multiple times. I have seen 2 lizards in the place. Several times water was shut off, but came back on by morning. WiFi is slow, and cannot watch a program without it reloading throughout the show, because the caretaker every night has his friends over watching shows with them all connecting their phones/devices to the router slowing it up. There is not a day I don't smell marijuana on the caretaker and his friends when I encounter them. One evening...
