If you need to do laundry - drop us a message as we offer a Wash, Dry & Fold (WDF) service with a fast turnaround . The train station is a two minute walk and the coach station is less than 10 minutes away.

We provide linens, towels, a starter supply of cleaning products, shampoo, soap, dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs.

Important: We do not rent to locals and guest must 25 years or older unless travelling with family.

Other Things to Note:
This apartment is located in a secure building with codes and CCTV in the common areas.

Please note that you are booking a property in the heart of Eyre Square so you need to expect noises from the hustle and bustle of city centre life. If You are a very light sleeper this may not be the ideal spot for you.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, note the ground floors is street level. There is no elevator.


Interaction with Guests:
