« We had a great stay in this beautiful apartment. It looked exactly as pictured - very clean and extremely comfortable. The layout of the apartment (two bedrooms downstairs, one upstairs) worked out great for our group. Parking and check in were easy. It was very close to Galway city center, but felt quiet and secluded at the same time. Would definitely stay again! »

It’s walkable to everything you need in town (restaurants, pubs, shops, historical points of interest, parks), boasts spacious 3 bedrooms with beautiful water views, a patio to enjoy views with a cuppa, a full kitchen, and the kindest host you could ask for. Pamela was not only a great and proactive communicator, she helped us make ourselves feel at home; including ordering us a fan to help...

« It was a little tough to find the place, but once I did the stay was great. The owner lives in a new house on the lake and rents out the bottom floor to guests. James was very helpful in getting me settled. Everything is new and up to date. The place is a couple miles outside Oughterard village so you probably need a car to best enjoy the place »

« Clean, spacious, and a short walk into all the best Galway has to offer. Mgmt was flexible on check-in and check-out times, which is always appreciated. Review would be higher if the check-in instructions had been clearer (written instructions are always preferred to unclear YouTube videos), mattresses had been more comfortable, and the wifi, washer/dryer, and dishwasher hadn't all been out of order. Mgmt was responsive about wifi issues but unable to resolve before our stay ended. »

« The laundry room was dirty. There were no instructions for using the stove, oven, water heater. No coffee maker and the kettle was corroded. The downstairs bathroom smelled awful. The beds were very uncomfortable. We tried to get an Uber but they refused to come to this address. The advertising of this house gave false expectations. The owners left a message that they needed to send an electrician to fix the dining area light. No one ever came so we had no light. »

« This property is lovely, I’m so glad we found it. Stayed for three nights with my wife. The place is spotless and really well appointed and Kinvara has a plethora of dining options both high end and takeaway and a great little supermarket. But the knockout punch is the view from the apartment, I didn’t want to leave!! If this part of Ireland didn’t have so many activities to do I would have just sat inside and stared out the window! »
