'Excellent new hotel '

'Very welcoming. Felt like staying at a friend or family members home. Very polite and respectful staff. Close walk to village for any supplies needed, and plenty of restaurant choices. Love the out door veranda and comfortable lounge deck chair. Plenty of space so not to feel on top of each other. Comfortable bedding and very nicely decorated. I will stay again when I’m in Ashgrove.'

'Bed was comfy, linen was crisp and welcoming. Unfortunately the shower screen was all soapy and the shower drain was dirty. The resident crow didn’t stop ‘cawing’ the whole time. I know that wasn’t anything to do with the hotel itself. Our neighbours had young kids and the door slamming was horrific. Restaurant food could be better - too many chips and salad was bland. Man in the bottle shop was very unfriendly and humourless. Bar staff were great.'

'Our room was much better than I anticipated. It was extremely spacious and had absolutely everything you need - even a dishwasher and washing machine! The view was awesome and the location was perfect! Will definitely stay again.'

'This is usually my hotel of choice when I have to stay in the city for work because the staff are friendly and parking isn't a pain. This stay was nice the room was big and comfortable however, I had so many issues trying to cast a show to the tv it was painful nothing would work and it really let down my stay.'

'Lovely accommodation in Brisbane close to the beautiful Roma Park. Staff were lovely and they upgraded me to a double room which was amazing and the facilities were really good. The room was very clean as well. '
