'The room was great. Clean and comfortable. There couldn’t be a better location. We walked to the ferry daily and the huge mall with a full grocery store, plenty of food options, and lots of opportunities for shopping. The one thing that was ridiculous was parking. There isn’t any! You pay to park at a lot around the block in addition to what you already paid for the room.'

'Hotel is in good location. Front rooms facing Brunswick St are a little noisy. Paid extra for a balcony room which was a mistake. It was on the first floor with a pretty grim outlook. Room also seemed to smell a bit which may have been from previous guests smoking on the balcony. Otherwise the hotel was okay.'

'We booked and paid extra for 1 child with 2 adults. We booked a King bed. What we got was no pull out bed for our child and two single beds jammed together disguised as a King bed. The beds equated to roughly 185cm by 172cm which is well short of Australian standards of what a king bed is. We paid an extra $70-$80 for our child to stay with us. With no pull out bed, she was left to sleep on the couch and eventually moved to the floor which was uncomfortable. No bed sheets or extra towel was...
