Pal's on the Beach - A Gold Standard HotelDangriga
8.6 van 10, Voortreffelijk, (99 beoordelingen)
'Pal's is an incredible value if you're looking for an authentic Belizian beachfront experience in Dangriga. It's literally right on the beach, and you'll be waking up to that view every morning. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel at home.
If you're someone who wants the full American-style resort experience with an on-site restaurant, bar, and lots of amenities, you...

'The whole place was amazing! The cabins were bare bones but clean and cute. We had a porch in the back right by the rainforest, but wished there had been comfy chairs to sit on instead of a small, hard bench. The bathrooms were clean with some interesting insect life to observe while sitting there. Showers were hot and good pressure.
The Toucan Cafe up front was superb - we ate every meal there. There is comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. Fridge and coffee maker are available for guests....

'This is a true hidden gem I booked at the last moment. Arrived late night, but once the sun came up, you were in true paradise. Everywhere your eyes landed, beautiful existed. From the bedroom suite to the bathroom to the porch, to diner area, to the natural spring pool. Breathe taken. I need to plan a trip just to experience this boutique hotel again. Thank you staff for showing me the beauty of the people and of Belize.'

'Zeker een aanrader! In het midden van de natuur waar je ook makkelijk kan hiken op de trails. Het personeel is ook super vriendelijk en zal je helpen met alles wat nodig is.
Er is een natuurlijke creek waar je in kan zwemmen en in het goede seizoen is het water mooi blauw.'

'The accomodation was perfectly taken care of; surroundings at the hotel as well. The pool was nice, but is in the afternoon in the shadow, and has too little sunbeds to provide a bed for all hotel guests. The restaurant was good. '

'The setting in the mountains is beautiful, and the place has a fun, rustic atmosphere. However, there were several disappointments during our stay.
The listing advertises air conditioning, but it’s important to understand that the rooms are screened in, so the AC does not cool the entire room. You can only really feel it when you’re lying in bed with the curtains closed. Also, the air blows directly onto your face, and there’s no way to adjust the airflow. I actually had to sleep with my head...

'The grounds and casitas are cute and reasonably maintained. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and the pool has never been running and a little on the dirty side. Pool bar was not staffed. I had to ask the maid for a pool towel. The casita is really spacious and cute. Bed is reasonably comfortable (could use new pillows) however the room had a really strong musty, moldy smell. No blow dryer in the bathroom. Road noise was really loud. Breakfast was really good however they served instant...
