'Even with extra blankets, we had to sleep with several layers of clothes plus wool hats and socks. In a property that said it had heating... The location is pretty, at 900 meters with a nice little garden but the house is not well fitted and therefore overpriced - old, damaged cookware that should be thrown away, no wine glasses, glaring light fixtures, electrical problems when both parts of the house are rented, essentially no heating (and the host did nothing when we notified them of a broken...

'The place was ok and clean, with some small things not so good like the incomplete and old kitchen stuff and bright lighting everywhere. But the real let down was the view which was for 90% on an unfinished ugly building site and the noise within the complex from other people'

'Très bien et bien placé pour visiter la partie haute de Gran Canaria, de belles routes de montagne vous amèneront au plus haut de l'île. Le gîte est très bien équipé et propre, une petite table dans le salon serait la bienvenue pour prendre l'apéritif et parler de la journée passée.'

"Hotel is gedateerd en dat zie je terug aan gebladerde verf op sommige muren en de uitstraling van de kamer. Personeel is vriendelijk en de busservice naar Puerto de Mogan is een groot pluspunt. Akoestiek in de eetzaal laat te wensen over. Fantastische bergwandelingen gemaakt op het eiland "

Erg druk en massaal hotel

"Wij komen geregeld in de Abora hotels dit was voor ons de tweede van deze vakantie. Het eerste hotel was perfect die kregen ook de 10 punten die ze verdiende. Dit hotel is voor ons te massaal erg druk en in de eetzaal is het zoeken naar een plekje. Het is erg luidruchtig in de eetzaal en het heeft echt niet met gezellig eten te maken. Het is meer een hele grote kantine waar iedereen door elkaar loopt. Het eten was wel goed maar ook niet uitstekend. "

"It is a very huge hotel but the different blocks have a roof with a package off relaxing possibilities (swimmingpool, (snack)bars loungers for sunbathing, gaming oppertunities etc.). The rooms are perfect, with a great see view, a balcony and clean. Besides that the servicepeople are nice, polite and very helpful. And the food is good with a lot of diversity. Comfortable hotel, great views, could be updated

"Nice comfortable hotel. Nice grounds and nice pools. Loved the tennis and padel courts. Don't expect the hotel to feel updated. Even the big suites look like they are straight from the 80s or 90s. The typical wear and tear. Could use an upgrade. Parking is free. Breakfast is included and has many options. The coffee was really awful at breakfast so don't take that. it's powder with sugar and water. Rest is all good. The best amenity is that even after checkout you can take a shower in a room that hasn't been booked. Very nice. "
