'3 adults stayed 4 nights. Apartment is small, but bedrooms and bathrooms are separated and good size. Nicely updated and clean. Kitchen is adequate. 10-15 min. walk to Metro (depending where you're going). A few resturants/bar within walking distance. Balcony was great to hang out on after sightseeing, but could use fresh cushions. Neighborhood is safe, friendly. There is a lot of street noise at all hours - didn't bother us, but could be a problem for light sleepers. Host was quick to respond...

'This was a perfect location around 15 minutes from DC. We stayed with kids and it was very quiet, comfortable, and in a great area. It was very clean and the staff were very nice. We only stayed for a few days so we didn’t need any of the utensils, or use any of the appliances but they had everything you needed for an extended stay as well. The breakfast was very good and would accommodate any appetite. The only pool we saw had no water in it but it was still chilly when we stayed, so we didn’t...

'We went for police memorial week. It was the perfect distance from all the attractions we were looking for. Able to attend all police memorial events with no problems. Parking was a little tough on the street however we were able to find a parking lot within walking distance. Great place to stay very clean and it was relatively quiet in the neighborhood. Would absolutely stay here again. '
